The Mutagenesis and Experimental Pathology Society of Australasia is holding it's Annual Scientific Meeting within the AH & MR Congress. The meeting will be held between Tuesday 16th November ans Thursday 18th November 2010. Participation is open to both members and non-members and abstracts are accepted from both free communications and posters.

considered for oral presentations until 27th August 2010**

The MEPSA dinner will be at La Camera, Southgate at Southbank near the
conference centre.
It will be on Wednesday November 17th 7.30 pm and
the price is $65 per person .

MEPSA will be accepting both oral and poster abstract submissions.
Awards
MEPSA Student Conference Travel Support
We encourage all students who are MEPSA members who reside outside of the host city to apply for travel support to be able to attend the 2010 AHMRC meeting. In order to be eligible for travel support you need to be
- student enrolled in a higher degree (Honours, Masters or PhD) - at the time of submission,
- a financial member of MEPSA, and register for the meeting as a MEPSA member (if you are a member of another society you can also register as a member of that society as well),
- submitted an abstract for an oral presentation at the AHMRC,
- not reside in the conference host city - in 2010 this is Melbourne (Please note that students who are enrolled at tertiary institutions in rural Victoria are eligible to apply for travel support)
- attach a copy of your CV, and
- a covering letter outlining your reasons for attending the meeting.

Kumar Award
This award is given to a postgraduate student based on their oral presentation at the conference, more than one award may be given at a conference.
Muller Award
This award is given to a postdoctoral fellow based on their oral presentation at the conference. Please note that the society executive reserves the right not to make this award.
Poster Award
This award is given to a member of the Society who presents the best poster at a conference. Please note that the society executive reserves the right not to make this award.
